You will be working on finding partners and provide solutions to clients in Australia. This company is a noise control solution provider.

Job Scope:

- Drive sales growth, establish strong customer relationships, and oversee sales performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence (including overseas markets), and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and clients to address noise and vibration challenges with innovative solutions.
- Engage existing leads and pipelines through personalized communication, understanding client needs.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting key industries, clients, and markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets for noise control and vibration solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Create compelling proposals, including technical specs, pricing, and timelines, to win new business.
- Oversee project implementation, coordinate with teams and clients for timely delivery. Serve as the primary contact, addressing concerns. Stay updated on industry trends, refine sales strategies using market insights. Maintain accurate sales records, collaborate with engineering teams for technical support, and conduct site visits for solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering
- More than 3 years of new business development experience
- Experience liaising with western countries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
