In this position you are the first and foremost contact point for a large number of customers who are seeking information online. You will be responsible for operating the live chat, answering questions concerning Anton Paar as a company and competently advising, supporting and informing customers about our products and services. Additionally, you will take on tasks related to SEO to ensure our content is optimized for search engines and helps drive organic traffic to our website.

**Responsibilities**:

- First communication with our customers via our chat tool and with the support of our systems
- Provide first level support to the customers in a timely manner, being able to support the customer with your advice in a professional and respectful dialogue
- Processing Leads from Online and Offline requests in our CRM system
- Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
- Continuous development of our live chat channel
- Proactively create, optimize, and manage SEA (Search) campaigns to achieve defined marketing goals.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and deep dives into campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Independently derive and implement data-driven optimization measures to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Technical education with degree and strong business understanding
- English language skills are essential. Any additional language is a plus
- Customer-oriented problem-solving ability
- Strong written skills that leads to clear and concise text-based communication
- Experience in working with CRM is of advantage
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working
- Strong multi-tasking and ability to intensively focus
- Willingness to continuously learn more about our products
- Possess professional experience in the field of SEA, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing search engine advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Google Ads, campaign setup, keyword optimization, and bid management strategies.
