Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitor and perform meter billing and meter collection schedules to prevent excessive shortfalls and minimize billing error.
- Check and verify all Credit Notes request before submission to Finance.
- Compile and prepare monthly reports for total nationwide MCC billing, reason of shortfalls and suspicious meter billing.
- Compare and analyze customers' usage pattern and prepare billing report to immediate superior/ manager.
- Maintain accurate customer master data to ensure data related to billing in the system are accurate.
- Assist superior in planning and implementations of automation in Customer Support Department.
- Provide regular feedback to management on recommendation for continuous improvement.
- Handle internal / external customer queries and complaints as and when necessary.
- Responsible for organizing, coordinating and controlling all field assignments.
- Guide and coach new employees in various areas of billing operations.
- Assist in manage projects, developing project plans, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Member of BOD Cross-functional team, responsible to perform tasks as assigned
- Liaising with other relevant departments in follow-up actions for matters relating to Billing.
- Perform other relevant functions as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
- 1 full time position available
