We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our payments team in the role of **Assistant Manager Cash Balance of Payment (BOP).**

**Principal Accountabilities**
- To plan, supervise control and be responsible for the timely and accurate e-submission of BOP forms to BNM and to ensure the compliance of BNM regulations requirements are met.

**DAILY**
- Ensure Forms P, R, BP, BR, OP, OR and partial forms are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Download BOP files from InReport and ESSDSS and identify items which require immediate handling to meet SLAs for HBMB and HBMS, inclusive of transactions under other departments which will need to be highlighted for completion.
- Upload transactions to ESSDSS - HBMB & HBMS and provide end of day confirmation to ensure all submissions are completed.
- Monitor and control the outstanding forms to meet compliance/SLA. Formulate and send daily MI to management.
- Review and release the data enrichment. Collate and identify causes of data enrichment errors with MI to the business lines.
- Follow up on chasers for outstanding forms. Escalate to business heads and other banks where necessary.
- Monitor and manage BNM queries and CIS Validation queries to ensure accuracy and submission SLA.
- Liase with branches to rectify the BNM status under C3.
- Handle telephone calls - from internal branches, customers, BNM, other banks and vendor.
- To resolve non-compliance issues and handle complaints.
- Identify and drive Change Management and run UATs where there are changes to regulations and system.
- Conduct quality assurance checking on the daily submissions and follow up with lines of businesses on the accurate information. Any exceptions are to be collated and sent to lines of businesses for education / corrective measures.

**MONTHLY**
- Submission of all forms in a timely manner.
- Submission of Statement E/ F.
- Submission of IA report.
- Submission of Statement M.
- Submission of Justification for Amendment
- Monthly MI.
Requirements
- Payment Knowledge from all related section eg. PSV, Branches, GTRF, HSS and TRY.
- Strong team player with an energetic, enthusiastic and flexible working style.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
- Strong interest in improving operational efficiency, current processes and enhancing customer service.
- Is customer-oriented and maintains a proactive approach in problem solving.
- Ability to understand and interpret numeric data.
