Customer Service Executive

Provide the best customer support for customer inquiries
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a smooth workflow and handle distribution of orders to partners
- Manage overall Customer Experience operations with partners
- Any other duties may be deemed appropriate to this role that is assigned by supervisor
**; Requirements: - Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills and being able to think fast on your feet is a MUST
- Min. SPM graduate with experience in fast moving consumer environment (e-commerce customer support preferred)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc) and Google web products (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Possess great personality with a CAN DO attitude
- Responsible, fast learner, interpersonal skills and a strong spirit of teamwork
- Good time/organizational management and critical thinking abilities
- Must be willing to work on weekend/public holiday (5 days a week rotational basis)
