HR Recruiter

Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Perform business development and talent acquisition, including but not limited to cold-calling, advertising, marketing, industry networking events and recruitment fair, in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment process
- Organized and attended job fairs, on campus interview and recruitment event
- Work out on collaborations with few ministries such as MOE and others to fill in manpower shortage
- Prepare monthly report in Microsoft Excel required by Superior
- To handle any ad-hoc assignment that assigned by the immediate Superior
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Chinese preferred
- Computer Literate Microsoft Office i.e : - Microsoft Excel, Word
- Fast learner & able to work under pressure to meet the deadline
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply
- Able to start work immediately is an advantage
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
