**Shift timings: 24/7 Rotational shifts**

**Language Skills: Must be able to speak, read, and write Mandarin**

**Education Leve**l: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Level: Entry Level

**Skills**: Basic understanding of SD (presumably Service Delivery or Sales and Distribution depending on context)

Other Requirements: Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, good communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer.

2. Communicate effectively with individuals\/teams in the program to ensure high-quality and timely resolution of customer requests.

3. Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.

4. Understand and adapt to ongoing product and technology developments.

5. Manage multiple tasks at once to find solutions for our clients quickly and effectively.

6. Participate in team meetings and training programs to constantly improve the quality and nature of services delivered.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
