1.1 Front Desk Management:
1.1.1 To be able to Operates PABX telephone console to receive incoming calls, directing incoming phone calls, direct caller to destination and records caller name, time of call, nature of business, person called upon.

1.1.2 To receive and greet visitors at establishment, determines nature of business, and directs visitor to destination.

1.1.3 Company Key Phone System Administration

1.1.4 To be responsible for handling incoming document through the office facsimile machines and mails which include collection, checking and distribution to the related personnel.

1.1.5 To arrange for mail and courier services.

1.1.6 Conference room scheduling, preparation and maintenance.

1.1.7 To perform a variety of clerical duties.

1.2 Admin Administration

1.2.1 Admin support to record and feedback for any comment related Office Equipment failure, Office Building related matters, and others.

1.2.2 To issue Payment request for invoices of office purchases / services and submit to Finance Department for payment.

1.2.3 Control and monitoring of office stationery for the Department / office via OA System. Monitor effective usage of Company’s stationery and feedback on any comments received from staff.

1.2.4 Office Event / Function Planner and coordination

1.2.5 Company profile printing.

1.2.6 Office Refreshment Administration.

1.2.7 Assist in Department filling record keeping.

1.2.8 Assist in fixed asset stock take and audit.

1.2.9 Assist in in the office and staff house facilities Management.

1.2.10 Expenses Claim submission record for department head.

1.2.11 Assist in office workstation allocation

1.2.12 Responsible for Company Vehicle Administration

a) Vehicle Maintenance Monitoring and report

b) Vehicle scheduling and arrangement.

c) Assist ISO & Admin Executive on vehicle insurance administration

d) Touch N Go Administration

e) Vehicle Fuel Administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
