Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting and develop valuable skills in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
1. Familiar with SQL Accounting software will be added advantages.

2. Handle AR, AP & GL function. Ensure accounting transactions are capture in system correctly.

3. Ensure sales transactions in line with Company Policies, Credit Risk Management Policies and Accounting Standard.

4. Coordinate with Sales team and ensure sales transactions are recognize in system timely, accuracy and completeness.

5. Responsible in preparing Statement of Account, Inter-co reconciliation and Customers Confirmation.

6. Check and review DN/CN requisition before seeking approval from management.

7. Handle unbilled transaction, Credit Limit Requisition and other AR related matters.

8. Prepare management report and cash flow forecast report

9. Liaise with tax agent, auditor, Banker, Custom, IRB and other government department.

10. To undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.

11. To prepare invoices and receipts

12. To prepare payment vouchers, Cheques and online payment.

13. To key-in suppliers' invoices, purchases and counter sales.

14. Handle DHL walk-in sales

15. To ensure accuracy in information when communicating to DHL users.

16. Take on ad-hoc projects/assignments.

17. Learn and practice DHL sales system

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,999.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
