HR & Payroll Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
1) To manage end to end monthly payment of staff salaries through the computerised payroll system.
2) Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislation.
3) Accountable to ensure all statutory payments are made in compliance with local regulatory requirements e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and Income Tax.
4) To manage foreign workers' matters such as FOMEMA, renewing permit and passport, and liaise with Immigration, MYEG and SOCSO.
5) Issuance of confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer letter or any letter pertaining HR correspondence.
6) To maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
7) To perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirement**:
1) Possess relevant academic qualification.
2) At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
3) Experience in using payroll system & Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
- Prefer who stay in Nusajaya or Gelang Patah, Johor as company will move to Nusajaya next year.
