- Our partner, a start-up business on a pathway to becoming Australia's largest commercial vehicle provider. Currently looking for a
- **Finance and Administration Officer** to join the team- This position sits in a core area of the business. You are responsible for managing, monitoring, and ensuring quality across the fleet. You will be responsible for managing the fleet administration tasks of fast-growing fleet. This is an exciting opportunity for a vibrant and operations focused fleet coordinator who is looking to build a solid foundation for future career opportunities in fleet and procurement.**Key Responsibilities**
- End to End Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
- Generate customer invoices and reconcile payment transactions.
- Prepare and review bills for payment by Management.
- Manage customer requests relating to their account contracts, invoices and payments quickly.
- Maintain financial records and support month end activities.
- Liaise with collections teams on payment processing requests and any invoicing matters.
- Preparation and checking of contracts and legal security procedures across asset base.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- 5+ years’ experience in Finance Administration role or similar.
- Good written and verbal English Language communication skills.
- Demonstrated excellent skill with Microsoft excel, Word, Xero accounting software.
- Ability to gather, collate and present evidence.
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously, manage your own workload and work in a target driven environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing processes and growing teams.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player.
- A methodical approach to weekly organization.
- Ambition to understand a start-up business and build a depth of experience in business not offered by larger corporations.
