Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia BlackStorm Consulting Sdn Bhd Full time

The Country Director will be managing the office in Malaysia over time.  As a Country Director, your duties include but not limited:
1. Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand BlackStorm Consulting’s presence and market share in Malaysia, aligning with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets.

2. Client Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve their business goals.

3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Malaysian market, proactively seeking out potential clients and partnerships to drive revenue growth.

4. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

5. Project Management: Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.

6. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and key influencers, to enhance BlackStorm Consulting’s brand presence and reputation in Malaysia.

7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the Malaysian market, and leverage this knowledge to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

8. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and updates to the management team on the progress and success of operations in Malaysia.

9. Collaboration: Work closely with the Singapore headquarter to ensure consistent alignment and sharing of best practices across the organisation.

Requirements include but not limited:

- Possess more than two years of experience leading a team or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in written and verbal English
- Highly competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong business acumen, proactive, analytical, meticulous, and willing to learn
- Interest in business management and cutting-edge technologies will be a plus

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
