**LAPASAR** is a B2B Wholesale Platform. In 2018, Lapasar started out as a B2B platform in the corporate segment. Our clients such as Telekom Malaysia, PETRONAS or Tenaga Nasional Berhad buy items for their daily operational needs (e.g. laptops, projectors, office furniture, etc) from our platform.

In 2020 the B2B platform was extended to serve Mom and Pop stores, whereby shops order their supplies (e.g. Milo, Nescafe, Red Bull, etc) via our App/platform. Today, the FMCG Wholesale Segment is the key pillar of Lapasar’s business and growth. We aim to on-board 100,000+ Mom and Pop Stores and restaurants across Malaysia onto our Mobile App and make their daily ordering of stocks as easy and simple as Shopee or Lazada has made the experience in the consumer E-Commerce space
- **Full-Time Position**:

- **Basic Salary: RM2500**:

- **Incentives: RM1000 (upon achieving the target every month)**:

- **Working Days/Hours: Mon - Fri (9 am-6 pm), Sat (monthly twice) (9 am-6 pm)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce Lapasar's products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions or products.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets every month.
- Effectively negotiate and close sales deals over the phone.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, customer feedback, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the system.
- Stay updated with Lapasar's product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers over the phone.
- The results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work during business hours

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
