Semiconductor Machinery Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for Semiconductor Automated Test Equipment.
- Collaborate with the global sales team and management to align regional goals with overall corporate objectives.
**Market Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Provide regular updates on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy.
**Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues proactively.
**Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Teradyne's Semiconductor Automated Test Equipment.
- Tailor presentations to address specific customer needs and challenges.
**Pipeline Management**:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reporting, and analysis to management.
**Training and Development**:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
- Continuously update product knowledge and provide training to internal teams and customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling capital automated test equipment or related technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- Master's degree is a plus.
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
