**Position title: Business HR Assistant**

**Internship duration: 3 - 6 months**

**Job responsibilities**:

- Administrative support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, scheduling meetings and etc.
- Market entry analysis: Assist in evaluating new markets or expansion opportunities. Conduct market research, analyze feasibility, and provide recommendations on market entry strategies.
- Business development: Including conduct research on industry trends, identifying new markets, partnership opportunities, or recruitment service enhancement.
- Social media management: Help manage social media accounts by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Assist in building a community, increasing followers, and engaging with the audience.
- Content creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms
- Learning and development: Take advantage of the internship to learn about various aspects of the business, industry best practices, and professional development opportunities.
- Any other may be assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably in HR/ Marketing/ Business Studies or related field.
- Detail-oriented
- Creative thinking for social media content
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
