3 Immediate Subordinate **Nil**

4 Responsibilities & Authorities **Responsible for effective HR functions including payroll, recruitment etc.**
- To assist in ensuring all HR practices are in accordance with the company policies, Labor Law & other government regulations.
- To assist in formulating, reviewing and updating employee’s handbook and HR policies & procedures from time to time.
- To liaise with relevant regulatory authorizes on company’s HR matter.
- Assist in handling SOCSO claim, leave management and general HR related matter.
- Other duties as assigned.

5 Education & Experience

(preferred) **Certificate / Diploma in administration or related topics**
- Minimum 1 year working experience in similar capacity, preferred with all functions HR.

6 Skills & Knowledge
- Possess knowledge of HR practices and current Labor Laws/ Industries Relation/Statutory requirements.
- Detail oriented, meticulous and analytical with positive work attitude.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual with good command of English.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
