HR Assistant

2) Assists with recruitment by scheduling interviews, conducting references and processing background checks.
3) Maintaining all foreign worker records including permit & passport renewal process.
4) Assists with misconduct & disciplinary cases involving employees.
5) Assists in research, plan & organizes training program either internal or external for employees.
6) Provide clerical & administrative support to HR Superior.
7) Deal with employees' requests regarding human resources issues, rules & regulations.
8) Perform any other tasks & assignments as directed by the management/ superior from time to time.
