Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate in recruitment, interview & screening of new employees.
  • Daily checking, monitoring & updating employees' attendance.
  • Register & update fingerprint attendance system for new employees.
  • Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and orientation training.
  • Distribute pay slip to all employees.
  • Manage, monitor & update Annual Leaves, Medical Leaves, Replacement Leaves and Medical Claims.
  • Calculate monthly wages & overtime, allowances and incentives for workers.
  • Prepare & update employees' employment contract, personal details & personal files.
  • Filling employees' gate pass.
  • Issuing employees' badge & visitors pass.
  • Handles worker disciplinary issues & Issuing warning letters.
  • Assist in preparing company audits' documentations.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Other duties as and when assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum a SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • PC literate & familiar with MS Office suite of software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and organize data.

RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
