**Job description**

Attend & answer inbound calls from customers / chatting with customer, identify billing issues on pre-unifi / unifi product (mobile) and assist them to solve problems by providing the right solutions

**Working location**:TM Annexe, Bangsar (Nearby LRT Kerinchi)

**Requirement**
- Malaysian citizen
- Good communication in Bahasa & English
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday, 5 days works, 2 days off
- Age: 40 years and below only
- Health: Does not have any health problem
- Training: Normal Hours
- Off Days: 2 days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
