**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overall business activities and increasing client base.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange sales meetings.
- Take charge of the company’s sales-related activities including developing new business, growth strategies, and opportunities in the market and maximise long term profitable volume growth.
- Presenting and conducting sales pitch to corporate clients.
- Initiate tender process and close deals.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching and analysing market trends and competitors, organizations, and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Work in close collaboration with customer solutions, HQ to ensure a smooth order handling process and by forwarding feedback from customers or new product ideas/markets requirements to the respective departments
- Give advice on Rendering design and lay-out, negotiate price within limits of authority and payment terms
- Project and forecast sales numbers.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Prepare presentation, proposal and quotation and sales follow-up with client.
- Prepare and review contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Work together with the ‘MD’ to pinpoint business strategy that works and come out with plans for sales growth and profitability.
- Provide technical support including product training to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service and managing key client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or any other equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years experience in a sales role within the meat industry equipment.
- Experience in other investment goods (capital equipment/machinery) with relevant experience as a sales manager with P&L responsibilities will be considered.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, able to work independently, and able to adapt to a matrix reporting environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
