Accounts HR Executive

To oversee and manage day to day operations of accounting department and ensure that all related financial data are recorded timely, completely and accurately.
- In charge for tax, audit and corporate secretary related issues.
- Liaise with banks when necessary.
- Provide and interpret financial information.
- Prepare monthly management reporting.
- Responsible for timely preparation of management accounts and financial reports and report variances to facilitate management decision-making.
- To keep an accurate record of all daily transactions.
- To process on the group's payroll system and responsibility for all other payroll related requirements.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and processing employee changes by ensuring.
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder in Accounting or Professional qualification or equivalent
- At least 4 years relevant working experience
- An advantage to have exposure to Autocount
- Good management and leadership skills with a strong sense of responsibilities and commitment
- Able to meet tight datelines and work independently.
- Able to start work in short notice would be an advantage.
