Personal Assistant

Provide a complete secretarial, administrative support function with limited or no guidance and support members of the management team.
- Manage and co-ordinate electronic diary and schedule commitments to ensure maximization of the manager’s time efficiency, including the management of travel itineraries for domestic and international travel.
- Record, produce and distribute minutes of management meetings and follow up on outstanding items.
- Draft letters and correspondence and prepare reports and statistical information ensuring distribution to the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Manage hard copy and electronic files and records and maintain an adequate filing system.
- Maintain office supply inventory and other additional supplies as needed.
- Prepare, complete and distribute the relevant management reports.
- Coordinate and execute with in-client coordinated events - e.g. Festivity related and Partner events.
- Coordinate and execute in-company events and activities.
- Manage, maintain and de-duplicate DDMY’s database.
- Assist with Press related activities like Press Conference and managing media - organize venue for Press Conference, assist with info/data-gathering, Liaise with PR agency & media.
- Draft WOWs and ensure submission on quarterly basis.
- Produce, update and manage the Digital Signage.
- Social media advocate - fb posting, Instagram updates, etc.
**Requirements**:
- STPM leaver, Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Able to converse in English & Chinese
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Good at coordinating, follow-ups, and planning
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
