Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Using computers to generate reports
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- To lease with suppliers and sub-cons for ordering and request the quotation.
- To lease with HQ and account for suppliers and sub-con's payment status.
- Preparing an ad-hoc task from Facilities Manager, directly report to Facilities Manager
- To lease with ICT and QMS to finish up the claim for company
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Associate’s D in a related field. Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
- Multilingual may be preferred or required.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
