Lapasar is a prominent B2B wholesale platform that commenced its operations in 2018, initially targeting the corporate sector. Esteemed clients such as Telekom Malaysia, PETRONAS, and Tenaga Nasional Berhad rely on our platform to procure essential items for their day-to-day operational requirements, including laptops, projectors, office furniture, and more.

Recognizing the potential to expand our services, in 2020 we ventured into catering to Mom and Pop stores, enabling these small businesses to effortlessly order their supplies via our user-friendly app and platform. Presently, the FMCG wholesale segment forms the cornerstone of Lapasar's business and future growth. Our primary objective is to onboard over 100,000 Mom and Pop stores and restaurants throughout Malaysia onto our mobile app, simplifying their daily stock ordering process and making it exceedingly convenient.

**Package**
- Monthly income between RM3000 - RM6000++
- Incentive: 20 acquisitions target per month
- Strike rate is 20 acquisitions to earn incentives
- RM80.00 per acquisition for first 20 acquisition
- RM100.00 per acquisition for every acquisition above 20 acquisitions

**Position Summary**
- Guide the customer into the LAPASAR APP
- Guiding customers with company policy
- Actively seeking for potential onboarding new customers.
- Able to follow company guidelines and targets.
- Maintaining monthly targets given by the company
- Updating daily report to the company on daily calls & outcome
- Creating a customer base for the newly launched products

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Able to follow company guidelines and targets.
- Develop in-depth knowledge about the products and markets
- Planning before visiting shops by setting appointments.
- Daily follow-ups on new and existing customers via phone if needed to
- Self-development in sales and elevating self-independent
- Must be able to travel Klang Valley area

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
