Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia BUSINESS CONSULTANCY SERVICES Full time

Assist the Invoice Executive in updating the details of the tax invoice in the Excel file.
- Preparing tax invoices for sales, rental, overtime, service, and maintenance of equipment.
- Process and archive tax invoices according to company name.
- Sorting the tax invoices according to customer preference prior to posting.
- Record the details of tax invoices in the Accounts Receivable record book.
- Ensure all records are properly written, filed, and retained according to procedure.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth daily operation.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum requirement:
- 1) Competent in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

2) Under 35 years old

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
