Invoice Clerk

prepare invoices for orders received
- double check stock in store
- send invoices and statements to customers.
- ensure customers pay these invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Liaising with the Logistics/Store department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
- assist in the Operation cycle when needed.
**REQUIREMENT**:
- SPM and above
- Have an experience of clerical office or administration experience.
- Great customer service skills to work with various clients
- Experience as an invoice or in general accounting is preferred.
