Sales Manager

To promote and to sell ExecuJet MRO Services Group’s services (Asia and Australasia) to clients based in Asia region
- Ensure the ExecuJet MRO Services Group capabilities are adequately marketed within the Asia Pacific region.
- Ensure annual sales target given is achieved.
- Conduct active market analysis to identify new opportunities all the time.
- Develop and maintain an effective marketing and sales strategy.
- Attend airshows and any business aviation forums as necessary to promote the Company’s presence.
- Identify potential clients in the region and establish contacts to maintain relationship.
- Identify maintenance requirements from prospective clients and provide timely maintenance proposals.
- Develop and drive a strategy to achieve annual sales targets.
- Monitor and provide inputs to other departments for any improvements in business processes.
- Maintain a healthy client relationship management practices.
- Customer relationship management through regular visits, meetings and engagement.
- Monitor and ensure that customer receives regular feedback on on-going maintenance work.
- Customer feedback is analyzed, and shortcomings identified.
- Managing of debtors and collection of receipts from clients.
- Cross sell MRO services for other MRO companies within the Dassault MRO Network to clients in Asia.
- Participate in sales forecasting and budgeting in conjunction with Finance department
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Essential**:
- At least five (5) years’ sales experience in aircraft MRO industry OR similar technical industry.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in aviation or related field.
- Microsoft Office products knowledge
- Good command of English (writing and speaking).
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Energetic and committed.
- Team player.
- Results driven.
- Moderate to heavy travelling in Asia required.
- Prior experience working in Asia in client interfacing role is an added advantage
