Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at BabyMama Shoppe, you will be responsible for leading our dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will encompass various aspects of sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning to drive business growth and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that every customer interaction reflects the BabyMama Shoppe brand values of warmth, expertise, and attentiveness. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, merchandise displays, and product replenishment to optimize sales opportunities and maintain a visually appealing store environment. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Performance Management: Set performance targets and KPIs for the sales team, tracking individual and collective progress towards goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth and development.
- Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in retail sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to inform strategic decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
