2) Manage subordinate to ensure achievement of sales target.
3) To reinforce and maintain good relations with existing and prospective accounts in order to solicit new business for our company
4) Develop and execute Sales Strategies and Plans
5) Evaluate customer's needs and conduct market research and information

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- [ MUST ]- At least 8 years of working experience in Engineering fields/Heavy Equipment/Machinery
- Must possess own vehicle, valid driving license and able to travel outstation

[ ADVANTAGE ]- Education Background: Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Business Marketing
- Possess experience in managing subordinate
- Technical knowledge related to Heavy Machinery Cranes (DEMAG & TADONO)

[ OTHERS ]- Highly motivated, sales oriented with proven track record and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills**English Level**:

**Additional Information**:
**Benefit**:

- Basic Salary = RM 7,000 ~ 9,000

**This amount is not inclusive with allowances and commission- FTA (Fixed Transport Allowance) = RM 900
- Commission = 1~2%

**Product value average RM 300,000
- **Monthly commission depends on monthly sales and rental amount
- **Current sales person earn max commission over RM 5,000 monthly- AL:

**Registered medical practitioner- Dental Claim = RM 500 / year
- Optometry Allowance = RM 300 / year
