**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Business Development Manager in formulating and executing strategies to achieve franchise sales targets and expand the company's franchise network.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential franchise territories, assess market demand, and evaluate competitor activities in specific regions.
- Collaborate with the franchise development team to create comprehensive franchise development plans, including market entry strategies and franchisee recruitment tactics.
- Support the creation of persuasive franchise offering documents, presentations, and sales materials to attract potential franchise partners.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective franchisees, providing guidance, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our franchise program.
- Aid in negotiating franchise agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on franchise development activities, sales progress, and key performance metrics for management review.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, franchise regulations, and market conditions to identify opportunities for franchise expansion and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development, sales, or franchise development, preferably within the franchise industry.
- Strong understanding of franchise sales strategies, business development techniques, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential franchisees and partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with franchise-specific software is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required for franchise meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and motivate team members.

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
