**Job Title**: Company Secretary Manager
**Salary Range**: RM 6,500 - RM 9,500
**Requirements**:
- Educational background in Corporate Administration.
- Membership in MAICSA (Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators).
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial roles.
- Experience in handling public listed companies.
**Benefits**:
- Annual Leave Entitlement: 20 days per year.
- Medical Coverage:Outpatient: Unlimited.
Inpatient: Up to RM 30,000 per year.
- Mobile Phone Allowance: Up to RM 106.00 per month.
- Seasonal Parking Pass Entitlement (normal rate: RM 130).
- Dental & Optical Claims: RM 300 each (claimable upon confirmation).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operations/Functional Responsibilities:
- Independently attend meetings as required, even on rest days and public holidays, and for out-of-town meetings.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) by team members.
- Identify and communicate potential risks to Senior Managers and Directors and recommend/take appropriate actions.
- Ensure timely billing and collections, including capturing all operating expenses (OPEs) incurred.
- Promote best practices in corporate governance and compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper filing of clients' documents/records in statutory records and ensure records are well-organized.
- Participate in recruitment interviews/exercises.
- Conduct or facilitate training sessions as needed.
- Meet potential clients, prepare proposals, and quotations for new clients/prospects.
- Disseminate information/messages from Senior Management to team members in a timely manner.
- Provide support to Senior Managers and Directors in their absence.
- Acknowledge receipt of client requests/queries/correspondence within 24 hours and respond within 2 working days.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
**P&L (Profit and Loss) Responsibilities**:
- Provide guidance, leadership, and supervision to team members.
- Communicate the criteria and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for respective positions to team members.
- Manage and measure the performance of team members.
- Guide and develop team members to attain professional competence.
- Effectively utilize team resources.
- Identify relevant training opportunities, including counseling of team members.

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
