**Requirements**:
- Education qualification of SPM and above.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Can multitask, detail-oriented, and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Interested in resolving issues, answering inquiries, and handling customer complaints.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a team player.
- Self-starter who can work independently and with mínimal supervision.
- Good computer skills, including multitasking and navigating various windows.
- Experience in handling social media or knowledge in that field will be considered a plus.
- Able to determine the sentiment of each interaction and act professionally.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Healthcare knowledge is preferable.
**Responsiblities**
- Providing Product or Service Information: Offering accurate and detailed information about products or services to customers, including features, pricing, promotions, and technical specifications.
- Assisting with Orders and Transactions: Guiding customers through the ordering process, providing assistance with product selection, processing payments, and ensuring smooth transactions.
