**Generating Invoices**: Create accurate invoices for transportation and logistics services provided by the company.
- **Data Entry and Documentation**: Enter billing information into the system and organize documents like bills of lading and delivery receipts.
- **Rate Checking and Calculation**: Verify service rates and calculate charges based on factors like distance and weight.
- **Customer Communication**: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues courteously and promptly.
- **Billing Reconciliation**: Ensure billing records match shipping documents and reconcile accounts receivable.
- **Credit and Collections**: Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on late payments, and assist with collections.
- **Reporting**: Help prepare billing reports and summaries for management review.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
