**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Responsible for the proper maintenance of all statutory records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparation of resolutions, statutory forms and other corporate secretarial documents.
- Undertake / support corporate secretarial work for SME Co.
- Handle correspondences related to secretarial matters.
- To undertake other administrative work as and when directed
- Preparation of documents/forms for certification by company secretary.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the superior.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Able to handle duties with minimum supervision.
- Familiar with companies act in Malaysia is an advantage.
- Willing to learn, able to work individually and with team under pressure to meet engagement deadline.
- Willing to travel and able to work in a team or work independently.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
