Human Resources Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, training and development, employee and industrial relations.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other related issues
- Implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with the overall human resources strategies and objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Identify current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Monitor and control GHR systems, policies, and procedures across the organization
- Manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Improve and upkeep payroll systems, compensation, and benefits of the employees
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements to minimize liability and risks.
**Qualification & Competency Required**
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
**Experience Required**
- Minimum 7—10 years relevant working experience in Human Resource Management. Professional experience in automotive companies or industries will be an added advantage.
**Other Special Requirements**
- Energetic and People oriented and Results Driven
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act, Labor Law, HR & payroll systems, and ISO procedures
- Strong in interpersonal, negotiation, communication and IT skills
