Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry, airline operations, regulations, and market dynamics will be an added advantage

Skill-set
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Possess excellent attention to detail.
- Financial Skills: Strong understanding of financials ie P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow to review performance of companies and to support the fund raising as well as listing process.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and various stakeholders.
- Computer Skills: Familiarity with software and tools for data analysis, modeling, and presentation, ie G-Suites, MS Office. Ability to prepare professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders is non-negotiable.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong business acumen and understanding of aviation industry dynamics. Constantly reading and researching on latest industry trends to share with senior management.
