HR Payroll Officer

Job Description:
- Responsible for payroll processing include timekeeping and attendance and perform monthly salary calculations.
- Responsible for all data entry regarding payroll matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of payroll taxes and compliance with tax regulations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to payroll processes.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors promptly and efficiently.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma.
- Knowledge in Payroll processing.
- Good in Mathematics
- Competency in any required computer programs like Microsoft Excel, Word and more.
- Have basic in accounting.
- Team player & great interpersonal and communication skills Good time-management skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
