Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Flexible working hours)

Location : Damansara Utama, PJ

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Acting as the key person between Japanese directors and staffs
- Arranging appointments & meeting or directing phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Attending meetings together with director within Malaysia if necessary.
- Responsible in translation & interpretation from English to Japanese or vice versa.
- Managing ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

**Additional Info**:

- At least 3 years and above in secretary/personal assistant or supporting role.
- Speak fluently in English & Business level Japanese.
- Willing to travel, good communication skills.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
