**Job Responsibilities and Descriptions**
- Handling new formation of Sdn Bhd and PLT.
- To prepare board resolutions and minutes based on each portfolio request, maintenance of statutory records, and lodgement of statutory documents to relevant authorities.
- To deal with relevant officers and departments when it comes to annual statutory requirements such as audited reports and annual returns for the portfolios, ensuring timely submissions.
- To assist Company Secretary on advisory towards the Board and Members about corporate secretarial matters in decision making.
- To coordinate and arrange for physical or virtual meetings with your own portfolios as requested.
- To ensure all portfolio's statutory record is properly updated.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Possess minimum Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration / Business Administration or equivalent
- Familiar with Companies Act 1965 & 2016
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply, training is to be provided.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, additional language shall be an extra benefit.
- Have a great sense of responsibility, have good interpersonal and communication skills, team player.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Familiar with Superior ComSec
- Willing to travel
- Working location: Kepong Metro Prima

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
