**Qualifications**
- Min. 3 - 5 years of working experience, mainly in sales/business development, product innovation/development, digital banking, and corporate planning.
- Highly commercial, numerate with excellent analytical skills and strong communication skills.
- Results oriented, displays consistent performance and able to work under pressures.
- Strong problem solving, quantitative, analytical, and thought leadership skills.
- Willing to travel.
