作为人力资源执行官,您将负责公司的招聘活动以及一些基本的簿记工作。您将与部门经理和公司高层密切合作,确保公司招聘流程的高效运作,并提供人力资源支持。
主要职责包括:
- 制定并执行招聘计划,包括发布招聘广告、筛选简历、面试候选人以及进行背景调查。
- 协助制定和更新公司的人力资源政策和流程。
- 管理员工入职和离职流程,包括员工合同、福利计划和离职手续。
- 维护员工档案和数据库,确保员工信息的准确性和保密性。
- 协助进行员工培训和绩效评估。
- 参与解决员工关系问题,并提供必要的支持和建议。
- 协助进行一些基本的簿记工作,如薪资核算和费用报销等。
职位要求:
- 本科以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业优先考虑。
- 至少(2年)人力资源工作经验,有招聘经验者优先。
- 熟悉劳动法和相关法规,具备良好的法律意识。
- 出色的沟通和协调能力,能够与不同层次的员工进行有效的沟通和合作。
- 细致认真,具备良好的组织和时间管理能力。
- 熟练使用办公软件,如Microsoft Office套件和人力资源管理系统。
- 对工作充满热情,能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
- 具备会计bookeeping的知识者优先考虑。
