As a leading research centre in tropical plantation crops, our core activities involve research in crop improvement and production, providing advisory services for plantation crops, as well as the production and sale of oil palm tissue culture ramets and seeds.

**Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities and EHS Coordinator. The primary role will involve managing facilities, security and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives across the entire business operation. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support to our operating centres and conducting building and EHS audits across our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the efficient operation of building utilities, resources, and EHS initiatives at the headquarters in Kota Damansara and provide support to our operating centres by offering guidance on facilities management and EHS compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs of building systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues identified during audits and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee resources such as security guards, office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support daily operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of EHS policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure licenses and documentation concerning building utilities, resource management, and EHS activities remain up to date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in facility operations and safety performance.
- Willingness to travel.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in facilities management, resource coordination, and/or EHS is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and regulations related to safety and environmental compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Remuneration**:
We offer an attractive remuneration package of a gross monthly salary, fixed allowances and yearly bonuses.

Pay: RM4,700.00 - RM6,450.00 per month
