Customer Relation Officer

**Job Descriptions**:
- Fully responsible of customer care department and reporting to Manager.
- To ensure timely order processing, feed-back and meeting customer delivery expectation.
- Answer the customer enquiry, handling customer’s request or complaint, and feed-back customer on timely manner.
- Supervise the sales & service enquiry, order, and enquiry process be able to meet company and customer expectation.
- Liaise with customer and be able to handle sales enquiry, close sales, and account receivable.
- Experience with CRM system will have better advantage.
- Strong in PR will have a better pay.
**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
