As a **Customer Service Officer**, you are responsible to:
Welcoming residents upon entrance
- Handle walk-in and call-in enquiries at reception counter
- Assist in operations of the building
- Handle registration counter / helpdesk
- Assist in distribution of letters / circulars

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years' experience in relevant customer service role
- Pleasant, helpful & friendly personality
- Basic computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
