**Position overview**:
Are you an IT support professional wishing to explore opportunities for career advancement? As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will serve as a partner to internal users by providing IT support remotely and on-site. In this role, you will need to ensure proper IT infrastructure and computer operation for end-user to accomplish business needs and tasks. Also, you will be required for advanced troubleshooting of technical issues, as well as project and change implementation with other IT team members, resulting in task distribution to the core operations team or local infrastructure operations team members.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide first-line IT support on-site and remotely for global IT systems, infrastructure, and hardware.
- Provide technical expertise and cooperation within the IT teams.
- Establish and maintain security, integrity, and business continuity controls and documents.
- Assist with local implementation of IT projects.
- Coordinate Field Support and remote activities for the global business organization, or implementation of global IT initiatives in collaboration with the global teams and End User Support management.
- Ensure local IT operations are aligned with allnex IT policies, work instructions, and guidelines defined in incidents, service requests and etc.
- Ensure relevant and important information is captured and entered accurately in the IT Service
- Management System for future references and analysis.
- Assure local IT assets at every location are inventories and manage in compliance with local regulations and corporate IT guidelines.
**Required skills and experience**:
- Proven professional working experience in IT support function.
- Good technical knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure & Application Landscape.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Act as a team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability in working under pressure.
- Able to return to duty when required/standby on weekends or public holidays.
- Willing to work in a timetable system, depending on location, varying between 05:00 am and 06.00 am.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
