HR-cum-admin Executive

**Human Resources**:
- Responsible for attendance management and maintain smooth offboarding process.
- Plan and organize staff training, promotion, transfer and dismissal procedures.
- Check employee attendance, leave records and manage overall staff personnel files.
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing and administration which include the generation of monthly payroll and statutory contributions, yearly EA Form and filing of Form E.
- Manage all statutory contributions and payments to KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF, etc.
- Handle project cost analysis and control, etc.
- To handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
**Administration**:
- Responsible for company administration work.
- Organize team building activities, festivals, and annual dinner, birthday celebration, monthly sport activities, etc.
- Responsible for receiving and sending parcel delivery, plant management, office supplies and company asset management.
- Handle daily administrative expenses.
- Responsible for leasing and office maintenance including repair activities, liaising with vendors and service providers.
- To handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business or its other equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in human resources and administration.
- Good communication skills both written and oral: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well Verse in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) & AutoCount Payroll system.
- Working knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relation and other relevant statutory regulations.
- Strong recruitment ability and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
