HR & Admin Assistant Manager

**Requirements**:
- A recognize Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience related to the job position
- Required skills: Basic soft skill (e.g. Microsoft Office, Payroll/Finance System), LMW, MITI, MIDA
- Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Familiar with submitting the document of LMW including import and export, monthly report and yearly report, renewing a license, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
**Responsibilities**:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Revise company policies
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates)
- Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments
- Data entry (sales figures, property listings, etc.)
- General office management such as ordering stationery
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Senior Management, and HOD
