**Job Scope**
- Handle and assist customers’ general inquiries via chat support system.
- Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners.
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written) skills.
- SPM and above or equivalent.
- **MUST have a minimum 1 year of call center experience.**:
- Able to work on rotational shifts, public holidays and weekends.
**SALARY PACKAGE**:
- Basic Salary: RM3,800
- KPI Allowance: Up to RM800
**OFFICE HOURS**:
- 24/7 Rotational shifts
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive 1 hour a break)
- Monday-Sunday
- 5 working days + 2 days off (depending on shifts)
**JOB TYPE**:
Permanent
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
