**JOB VACANCY AT UiTM HOLDINGS SDN BHD**

**POSITION: EXECUTIVE, HUMAN CAPITAL**

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
**1) Recruitment**
- To liaise and work closely with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to ensure timely position placements.
- To develop job descriptions and job advertisements to be published on the company’s website and relevant job search platform.
- To schedule and coordinate interview arrangements.
- To conduct background/reference checks and profiling assessments.
- To coordinate hiring approval procedures i.e. preparation of letter of appointment, pre-employment medical examination etc. to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- To oversee due diligence in document collection for the hiring process.
- To coordinate and support the onboarding process and exercise.

**2) Performance Management**
- To execute the overall Performance Management Plan, increment and bonus review activities, and to ensure timely completion of the exercise as per schedule.
- To assist the Management in coordinating special projects pertaining to workforce development, succession planning, retention and reporting in regard to talent.
- To execute the performance appraisal exercise including performance improvement plan and confirmation staff.

**3) Internship Programme**
- Involved in the placement of students’ internships in the UHSB Group of companies including preparing offer letters, onboarding process arrangements, and tracking progress.

**4) Administrative Support**
- Create new/update existing employee personal details in the HRIS system for new joiners.
- Prepare relevant manpower reports eg. vacancy reports when required.
- Prepare payment requisition for invoices and perform back charging if required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The applicant must meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any field related from a reputable local/overseas university and/or Professional qualification.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.

This post is a **PERMANENT** position.
