Job Details
- Minimum 19 years old, maximum 40 years old
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with 1 years working experiences.
- To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their technical issues on pre-unifi / unifi product and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution/trouble shooting.
- Mondays to Sundays, 5 days week; 2 off days (rotational)
- Must be able to work shift. Earlier start at 7.00am, last shift ends by 10.30pm (During training 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday)
- Location: Level 58, KOMTAR Pulau Pinang, VBP Sdn Bhd, 10000, Georgetown, Penang
- Shift Reimbursement : RM60 - RM220 (Depend on normal shift, split shift or permanent night shift)
- Basic Skill Allowance (BSA) : RM250 ( Knowledge for 1 or 2 services and automatically receive once hit floor / go live) or
- Multiplex Skill Allowance (MSA) : RM400 ( Knowledge for 3 services mobile & home with Digital Skill) or
- Universal Skill Allowance (USA) : RM600 ( Knowledge in all services)
- Does not have any health problem that prevents working on rotating / night shift.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
